How do I cancel?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Slowfall → Cancel Subscription. You can also reach the same screen from inside the app: Settings → Manage subscription.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Slowfall Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends — that is Apple's rule and it applies to every app on the App Store.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from inside the app under Settings → Manage subscription, which forwards the request to Apple. We have no ability to issue, speed up, or overturn a refund decision.

I paid, but the app still says Free

Open Settings → Restore purchases in the app. This is the fix after reinstalling, after getting a new phone, or if a purchase did not register the first time. It has to be the same Apple Account you originally bought with — if you have more than one, sign in with that one and try again.

What does the free version include?

The first sound in the library for sessions of up to fifteen minutes, the morning check-in, and Progress. The full wind-down, the rest of the sound library, longer sessions and Night Pages need Slowfall Pro. Locked items stay visible with a small padlock so you can always see what a subscription would add.

The sound stops when my screen locks

It shouldn't — Slowfall is built to keep playing with the screen off. If it stops, check that iOS hasn't restricted background activity for the app, and make sure the app was not swiped away from the app switcher.

I can't hear anything

Check the volume with the side buttons while the sound is playing, and check that Slowfall isn't muted for Bluetooth output that is still connected to something else.

The sound library won't load

The library is fetched over the internet the first time. Pull down on the Sounds screen to retry. Once a sound has played, it is stored on the device and works offline.

Can I write a Night Page without typing?

Yes — hold the mic button on a page and speak. The audio becomes text as you talk and is never recorded, saved, or uploaded. If the mic does nothing, check iOS Settings → Slowfall and turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition.

Will I lose my pages if I delete the app?

Yes. Everything you write is stored only on your device — we have no copy and no way to recover it. That is deliberate, and it is the trade-off for nothing you write ever leaving your phone. Keep a copy elsewhere of anything that matters to you.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything goes with it, immediately, with no request to file. There is no account to close, because there was never one to create.
